Experiencia fantástica: Great people great environment non judgemental come in do your workout and they'll instruct you on the correct form if you're not doing it in the correct way can't say enough about the great staff and owners.

Experiencia negativa: If some of the members here would stop talking about there life problems openly on the gym floor and in different areas of the gym it would be a much better place to train. It Seems like this turned into a group therapy session for a lot of members and it's hurting the atmosphere. A gym is a place for training and when you have to listen to conversations because people are too loud about their life problems it becomes just an annoyance and ruins the energy in the gym. Unfortunately there is a staff member there who exacerbates this and is to immature to not feed into it. Used to be better but the dynamic is weird. Do way better, when the atmosphere is ruined because of strange individuals, it really doesn't matter how great the gym equipment is. I personally don't have music blasting in my ears and I also don't want to hear these bothersome conversations.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been training with the owner Bobby P. for over 10 years & can't imagine training anywhere else. It's fantastic to be part of the Stack's Gym family. All equipment is well maintained & entire gym is incredibly clean. No contracts. Established in 1986. No better place to get away from the world for an hour or two. Stack's Gym is a second home to myself & so many other people.

Experiencia fantástica: I have worked as a strength and conditioning coach for over a decade at the D1 and military settings. I have traveled all over the country and trained in some well known gyms. My hotel was close to this gym and I didn’t know anything about it, just trying to get a workout while traveling. I was greeted very well by an awesome staff. The guy gives off very hardcore feel with some amazing pieces of equipment including 2 mono lifts and 180lb DB. The gym was the CLEANEST facility I have ever been to. It was welcoming and there was plenty for everyone in terms of variety. I LOVED that most of the equipment was made in the 1980s and that stuff is better than the modern stuff made today, all the upholstery was perfect and clean. I would drive out of my way to train here.

Experiencia fantástica: One of the few gyms left that is SERIOUS about weight training. Whether you’re into bodybuilding, powerlifting or weightlifting because it feels good, you have a home here. Worth driving the 30 minutes from Atlanta.

If you're looking to go to the next level, this may be a place to consider; they know how to deliver results. I was there to see the massage therapist and they are on par with the gym itself, very high quality. If you need a massage to really work out some rough spots these are your people - not what I would call relaxing but perfect to get out a deep knot.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve only been going here about 5 weeks, but I can tell you this place is amazing. Their staff is incredibly friendly, informative, and they keep this place SPOTLESS. Everyone is super encouraging of one another. Tons of diversity in their membership - so you never feel weird or out of place. All kinds of body types, backgrounds, and levels of fitness. I’m a tall, fat lady, and I’ve never felt more welcome in a gym. Everyone I talk to is super friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I look forward to lifting every time I go in, and it’s made my fitness journey something I’m excited about, not just grinding through - in big part to how amazing this place is. Also, their pricing model is fair, accommodating to individual needs, and incredibly convenient. Finally, I got to meet one of the owners and he was an incredibly nice, down to earth guy. It’s evident the level of respect he instills in his staff and inspires in his patrons. I’m never going anywhere else. 10/10

Experiencia negativa: It’s ok the equipment is pretty cool but only 1 squat rack and some guy was on it so I was waiting and he gave me a nasty attitude telling me to “go use it sorry ma’am sorry ma’am”. Then smirked, Pretty weird, then I was warming up with 25’s on for my deadlift and he proceeded to make fun of me with his friends. Don’t know if everyone that goes there is judgmental but overall pretty negative experience, weird vibes, and unwelcoming.

Experiencia fantástica: My son used to have a membership at a big chain gym. No hate towards them, but there were times when things were broken and never fixed; among other issues. Limiting his use of the facility and ultimately not how we wanted to spend money and time. Stack's Gym may look humble on the outside, but it is clean and functional, the atmosphere is safe and encouraging, and the staff members are welcoming and courteous. I also like how you pay by the month, so I don't have to keep up with an automatic withdrawal payment plan. 10/10 would recommend!

If you're serious about strength training and bodybuilding, don't waste your time going anywhere else. Some of the strongest freaks to walk the earth lurk within its walls. Don't expect to hear any girlie pop music playing either. Muscleheads listen to metal and hair band shredding guitar riffs.

Mr. Bob, the owner, is so nice, respectful, and supportive of all members who show him the same level of respect. Recently we got a new influx of members that drove a few lifelong members out and damaged some equipment. The owner/family tried to let them know our rules and give them a chance, but asked them to leave after they chose not to follow our rules. The owner and his family have always and will always protect its members to create a safe training environment. I NEVER WANT TO LEAVE!

Management does an excellent job modeling and maintaining respect and courtesy for and among participants and members. Yahoos and "you toobers" probably be happier elsewhere. This is a serious gym for adults and adult behavior.

Experiencia fantástica: The cleanest gym in Georgia. Built in supplement shop, merchandise, hand made equipment, and employees that care about the integrity, intensity, and innovation of the gym. Made for bodybuilders, powerlifters, and family. Oldest gym in Ga. A gym family that cares. I’ve never moved gyms. Respect, loyalty and family. Just don’t break dumbells and barbells due to the fact that the owners pay out of pocket to repair and purchase.

It is organized, clean, and still gives the hardcore feel that people enjoy. It’s a great place to train and train hard. Super appreciative of the owner and all who help this place.

I’ve been going here for over a year now & everybody treats you like family. Experiencia fantástica: Stacks Gym is a honest and good as gold place with real down to earth folk. It’s a LEGIT gym. A hardcore place if you will. But with that means respect, which is a large part of how this place as been in business since 1986. If you can pick up heavy weights we expect you to put it down and not slam or let the weight drop. If you are talking to someone we expect you to be kind and respectful of others. Good and honest people train here. Animal of human beings lift hundreds of pounds of weight but they are tinder at heart. If they ain’t nice they don’t go here lol. Strongest people I know come and train here. Experiencia fantástica: This is by far the cleanest hardcore gym I've ever trained in. Also a great family feeling environment from other members. Bobby and his dad also his kids welcomes you with open arms. If you feel like a total stranger just ask for my buddy Ranger Ross and he'll introduce you to everyone at stacks and also Acworth.

Experiencia fantástica: This gym reminds me of what Barbell Brigade in CA would be like.. it's just a place to get a great lift in with like minded people. Great lifting environment without all the "extras" of a "club", and affordable. Additionally, as a woman it's nice to go to a gym to lift without feeling like men will pounce on you. The men are nice but respectful and not threatening.. I'll take this place over LA Fitness anytime.
