Melissa and Brian have been so welcoming and helpful—they made the sign-up process incredibly smooth, and I felt right at home from day one. The space is clean, well-equipped, and has a positive, community-oriented vibe. I’m new to the area, and this has been such a great place to land. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a local gym that’s friendly, and supportive!

I do the classes for even more motivation and it has been such a blessing for me. I'm starting to see the results!! Great gym, great atmosphere, and even better staff!

There are a variety of classes for all ages and all stages of fitness. Personal training is also available from professionals at a reasonable cost.

Experiencia fantástica: I recently joined this gym and have been very pleased with my experience so far. This gym has everything one wants in a gym...classes, personal training, treadmills, bikes, free weights and a clean facility! Cheryl and Melissa are wonderful to work with and are usually there if you have any questions. It has been a while since I've been to a gym and it feels good to get back into it. This is definitely a great place to work out!

Experiencia fantástica: I only use the treadmills but it all looks good and the hard working staff really cares about cleanliness and customer service.

Experiencia fantástica: Has all the necessary free weights. Bumper plates for deadlifts, dumbbells look like they stop at 85lbs. Have at least one of most machines/ cables, can’t think of anything they would need to add. It’s a little unique that it is also a rehab facility which is why I was hesitant to go originally. The staff is very welcoming, and the gym was clean. All before your first time going to make sure someone will let you in, best to go during office hours for first visit. Would probably be a 4 star gym if it was crowded but I get the impression it’s never too crowded. Also pricing is reasonable - 5 stars.

I’m always greeted with a smile and a friendly face. I feel fabulous every time I’m finished my workout. Both establishments are very clean. Experiencia fantástica: The classes push you (in the best way) to do more than you think you can. They’re fun and you work hard at the same time. I’m always glad I went, even when I didn’t want to get up and go. One of the instructors,Cheryl, is amazing. She helps, motivates, and guides no matter what level of fitness you are in.

Experiencia negativa: It needs to be deeply cleaned!! They should have someone there cleaning it daily and The machines are old and it needs to updated. For the high price they charge, it should be a lot better than what it is.

And the owners are so sweet and friendly! Also love their access hours -- 4am - midnight if you are a member with a key card. So convenient.
