The studio also has a great locker room and offers an infrared sauna, which is such a bonus. 10/10 highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been at Lift and Glitz for over a year and a half. L&G has changed my life. I cannot imagine not having them incorporated into my daily routine. I was never a fan of the “standard” gym style because I did not know what to do. L&G takes out all the guessing. The trainers make sure all the classes (HITT, strength training & booty bootcamp) are top notch and are a full workout. The trainers are so helpful, full of knowledge, & therapists when needed. I am not only stronger because of L&G, but also my mental help has benefited so much.

I knew pretty quickly this place was different, but I’ll admit I didn’t dive in right away. The holidays and my personal life kept me from showing up consistently. Fast forward to this summer, and I’ve fully committed — and something clicked. The formula that Rachel has developed here at Lift & Glitz is pure magic. The class structure — alternating strength and HIIT classes that target different parts of the body — is highly effective. After just one month of showing up five times a week, I can honestly say that I have noticed significant changes — not only has my body started to transform, but so have my confidence and endurance. I absolutely love showing up, and I’m truly sad on days I have to miss. The schedule is also extremely impressive, with so many class times available throughout the day — a blessing for anyone with changing routines. The format, the energy, the music, the staff — it’s all intentionally designed to push you and lift you. Rachel and her incredible team have created a space that’s equal parts strength and sparkle. Every single coach is warm, welcoming, knowledgeable on technique, and brings their own unique motivational energy to the workouts. The music is fire and the locker rooms are such an added bonus. I also love that we sweat in the dark under purple lights during HIIT classes. All of these little touches — and the amazing women — make the experience extremely energizing, which really helps push you through challenging workouts. I truly love that Lift & Glitz is a women-only facility. I didn’t think that mattered in the past, but now, as a woman in my 40s, I’m thankful to have a safe space to show up each day. No matter who I’ve worked out next to in class, everyone has been genuinely sweet and kind. There’s no ego at Lift & Glitz — just sweat, strength and smiles. Lift & Glitz is more than a gym; it’s a community. And, I’m so thankful I finally gave it a real shot — because now I can’t imagine my life without it.

So much fun working out with the best coach, Debbie, who made sure each of us was working out correctly. No judgement. Lots of sweat- with lots of fun and laughs! I’ve made the most progress in my fitness and weight loss journey (-26lbs and MANY non-scale victories) thru private training sessions weekly with Dora and Tara, and they’re both EXCELLENT trainers. Dora’s got a dance background and is very creative in coming up with fun weight training moves to target areas I want to work on. And Tara’s got some REAL history in training and pushes me to (and just beyond) my limits. ….and I’ve LOVED THE RESULTS! TY, ladies!

Experiencia fantástica: So, about a year ago, I started attending classes at Lift & Glitz. What I found there was more than just a gym, it was a community. It was a bunch of women supporting each other and pretty soon a lot of those women (and trainers) became more like friends. Then I decided to ask if my young teenage daughters could attend classes with me and to my surprise, the owner of the gym said yes. And now my daughters get to come to this female-only, amazing place where they too are supported by a community of women who have grown to know them and care about them too. The best part is that my girls get to see firsthand, at a pretty young age, what it looks like when women support other women. My goal is that they come to expect to give and receive this kind of comradery and support in all of their relationships. So yes, Lift & Glitz gets 5 stars from me. For being so much more than a gym. I am one of her daughters and this is my review. I love Lift & Glitz so much. Everyone is so kind and there is no class I dislike. The trainers are all so nice and I love getting to come to the class with my family. I am so happy for this place and being able to get up before school and get in a workout. The day is always easier when you have worked out already! 5 stars!

I tried a free class and noticed how friendly the trainers were and how welcome Rachel the owner is! I signed up on day 1. I’ve been going consistently for 3 months and have seen an insane amount of progress in my body already! You get free measurements and weight tracking once a month which is very helpful. Experiencia fantástica: This was my first time taking a group class here. They give you the first one for free and give you a small tour of the facility prior to taking the class. I have to say I was a bit hesitant as I haven’t taken a group class in over a decade. If being nervous is something that is holding you back let me tell you there’s no need here. The instructor walks you through the whole workout and the ladies here are SO welcoming and encouraging. The owner, Rachel, has done an amazing job at creating a safe place for women to feel empowered and encourage each other. I’m so grateful to have finally checked it out and that there’s so many classes to choose from. Thank you!! 12/13/24 I wanted to update my review now that I have consistly come to classes each week and share my bonuses. I love that the workout changes month-to-month as it makes for a nice fresh challenge. I've made new friends with amazing women. The coaches/instructors are awesome, and they each have their own unique style. No getting bored here. I feel free to be myself. Oh! The best part is I am starting to see some muscles take shape. I like working with her because she’s been through the same struggles to losing weight so she understands everything you’re going through. I think this one of the best gym I ever been too. The gym is very comfortable all women no judgment and recommended to my friends and coworkers. Classes are fun and intense and you definitely feel like you had a really great workout.

Lift&Glitz is very warm and inviting with wonderful trainers who are so nice and happy to help all the women who walk through the door. I be been a member for 6 years now doing private training 3 days a week. This is my safe place where I feel inspired and great about myself. They push me in the right direction and the results show! Currently I’m training with Tara who has been creative with her sessions, always keeping my goals in mind. The results have been great!

Since starting classes 4-5 times a week and private training sessions once a week (with Ashley) I am down almost 40 pounds and in the best shape of my life. Every trainer is knowledgeable and pushes you to do your best and the workouts are always challenging but fun!

Not only Is the environment friendly clean and inviting but all the coaches are extremely motivating and knowledgeable! I had our second baby in September 2023 and needed a change. After the first month I already felt so much stronger holding our almost 2 year old and had more energy keeping up with both kids. I highly recommend Lift & Glitz!

The culture Rachel has created here is amazing . It is welcoming non judgemental with the right about of pushing me when I know I need to be pushed a little more! I love the environment, the girls’ girls that go there and the staff. It is so motivating to have an instructor telling you how to do the moves and telling you that you can push through even when you feel like you can’t. If I didn’t have this support system I probably wouldn’t be going to the gym over a year later. I love this gym and recommend it to everyone I know!

The trainers are incredible and truly care about helping you reach every single goal. The workouts are amazing and the trainers are there to help you in anyway you need. As a mother of four, I am very limited on time for myself. This place has given me a place of my own and has allowed me to meet the most incredible group of women. Seriously is the best gym around!

The facility is very clean. The workouts are fun and the fellow members are inspiring. The workouts are led by coaches who give hands on instant feedback and adjustments during the workouts and just the right amount of encouragement. The music is energizing and the atmosphere is awesome. You will not leave disappointed! Such a family vibe as soon as you walk in the doors – I highly recommend checking this studio out!

Experiencia fantástica: I can’t say enough things about Lift and Glitz and their trainers. This gym has changed my life. As of a year or two ago I have had double arm surgery and I couldn’t even lift a gallon of milk, I had no motivation or confidence. Forward to today, I go to the gym 5 days a week, my strength has improved beyond what I thought I could ever be and I walk with my head high. If it wasn’t for me taking a chance and walking into this gym I wouldn’t be where I am today. The coaches have pushed me to go beyond what I thought was my limit and I can’t thank them enough…Especially Ashley.
