Experiencia fantástica: solid gym, just started using a gym for the first time about a week ago and I'm glad chose this one. The info on the white board regarding workout styles and machine use for the appropriate muscle groups as well as most machines giving direction on usage is definitely helpful as someone whos never used this equipment or been to the gym before.

Experiencia fantástica: At 3 a.m. / 4 a.m. usually ALL BY MYSELF LOVE IT / USE OF EVERY EQUIPMENT. PUT RUPAUL DRAG RACE OR INK MASTERS ON MY PHONE AND GO GO GO.

Experiencia fantástica: I am not a gym person. I've belonged to a few gyms, but I find myself feeling very limited in what equipment I use because I guess I get intimidated by the "gym people". However, I never feel this way at AK Fitness. Even when I just want to do cardio, there are so many types of machines to choose from that I never get bored. I'll spin one day, run the next, or use the arc trainer. But the best part is that since it's all just one room, there's no fear of going into the "lifting area", so I'm lifting weights again and feeling fit! I love the weight machines they have and their free weight selection is also excellent. I truly enjoy going to this gym. It's my "me" time.
