Experiencia fantástica: Eddie and his team are amazing! He came into my life at a time where I wasn’t happy with my previous trainer, and he’s definitely changed my perspective on the trainer world. He’s patient, and takes his time with all of his clients, no matter what training level you’re at. He makes u feel welcome, and always is there for his people, in or out of the gym. Best gym in south jersey!

Experiencia fantástica: Recently moved to the area and was looking for a new gym and I’m so glad I found this one! 2 days in and I’m already loving it! I’ve tried both the tabata and cross fit classes, both equally challenging and both equally great! Eddie, the owner, is a great coach and leader! He is there to show you the correct form to get a better workout and cheer you on! He coached me through my first ever bar muscle up today! Definitely recommend!
