Experiencia negativa: I like the gym and the people working there. Only problem is it’s way too hot and humid. I am drained half way through my sets because it is 73 degrees standard and have seen as high as 80 degrees with humidity beyond belief. I don’t remember having this problem for the last few years so not sure what’s going on but it’s been like this since April this year. Please lower the temps or I’m unfortunately not renewing my membership and will go elsewhere which isn’t something I want to do.

Experiencia positiva: Was in town for a short time. Reached out to obtain a few passes. No response. That unfortunately seems to be the running theme in the town.

Experiencia negativa: I have been calling this gym for three days I’m a row during business hours (9 AM to 5 PM), and nobody answers the phone. How can you run a business without answering calls? I wanted to check out the gym, as I'm only a block away, but now I'm worried about who would help if I had a problem, suggestion, or needed to cancel my membership one day. Your voicemail claims you're just away from the desk or helping others, but that is a lie. This is very disappointing.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent gym you can go in exercise and not have to deal with people on their phones. It's a true gym not a social gym.

Experiencia fantástica: In SD for two days, I wanted to keep up with workouts for my wife and I. Was not expecting such great people willing to help. Great facility, and I was able to work out without being overcrowded, which was so nice. Multitude of equipment for a great workout and hot tub. Thanks to everyone for a great experience and an amazing workout. My wife and I are grateful and expect to spend time here when we come into Aberdeen. This is definitely an A++++ facility.

Experiencia fantástica: I was glad to find this place while I was in town for the month. I like to support local businesses as opposed to a national chain. 24 hr access was nice and the place was always clean.

Experiencia fantástica: If you need a place to train while near Aberdeen SD then this is spot. This is an old school style gym that has a great environment and anything you would ever need. The staff is also awesome and very knowledgeable. Can’t say enough good things about this gym.

Experiencia fantástica: This gym has so much to offer! Personal training, Shake shop, endless pool, hot tubs, classes and tons of new work out machines! I love the atmosphere and Tony is very knowledgeable on getting a gym newbie started!
