Experiencia fantástica: The fitness center in Southern Pines is fantastic in every way.

Experiencia positiva: Not intimidating. Low key center with fantastic variety of equipment and good selection of activities. Pool, Sauna, eculiptus room a nice extra. People are extremely friendly. Just the hours keep me from giving 5 Stars. Close at 6.30pm already and NOT open on weekends when people have the best chance to work out. Highly recommend this center.

Experiencia positiva: I prefer this facility to the one in Pinehurst. It's quieter and does not get nearly as busy. I wish they would create a small functional training area by the weights. The addition of a sled and a few other items would be very helpful. Saturday hours would be a boon to those of us that work week days. If you have membership at the Pinehurst FH Fitness facility you can use your card at this one for free. Or any of the other FH gyms.

Experiencia negativa: This gym is 16 and older only gym. Equipments are old and limited.

Experiencia negativa: Closed Saturday and Sunday when most working people have time to workout. Boo.

Experiencia fantástica: Love the staff. Key is lovely and a joy to see each time. The ambience is quiet and peaceful at the time we come. Gratefully appreciated.

Experiencia fantástica: This gym has been great. I love the new Technogym cardio equipment and the place generally never feels busy. The only time I ever have any trouble with is when they are holding swim lessons for kids. The parking lot is packed during those sessions, but you can't really feel bad for someone at a gym complaining about having to park a ways from the door, and swimming for kids is a valuable skill, so no reason to rate the place lower on account of that.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a MonthTrail Membership, I really enjoyed swimming there, use the whirlpool! The Pool, Dressing Rooms, Showers & Bathrooms are kept very clean! They have a lot of Aquadic Classes & also Kids Swim Lessons! Two Floors of Fabulous Fitness Equipment & Basketball Court on First Floor. I've seen Adults & Youths playing, having a good time! The Firmness Clubs Membership Fees are very reasonable! I'm looking forward to becoming a Full-time Member!

Experiencia fantástica: Firsthealth Center for Health in Southern Pines is by far the best gym that my wife and I have been a member of. So happy that we have chosen this fitness center to start getting healthy and living a better life. All of the staff is very kind and knowledgeable. We have had the plessure of working with fitness coach Satara, personal trainer Melissa, Kevin and his upbeat wife as well. The whole place has always been clean and the equipment is the best of the best. There is something for all ages. My wife has arthritis and she loves that they have a heated pool and enjoys the water aerobics they offer. They have so many programs and classes that are free with your membership. It has been nice checking out all they have to offer. It has been nice that they have great hours and it is never to crowded. We have never had to wait to use any of the equipment since there is so much to chose from. They seem to always have a special going on every month. We can not wait to try out a massage one of these days. We have heard so many great things. Prices are great and they have deals so make sure you go in and check out this wonderful fitness center, you will be glad you did.
