I have been going consistently for about 3 months now and have found my routine. I am seeing major changes in my post baby/c-section body. The coaches are so helpful, motivating, and play good music. They will make sure you have every resource in the gym as well as in your everyday life. There are SO many options of all different workouts to do and they all exceed your expectations! You don’t have to worry about being nervous for trying a new class because each coach is so amazing and will help you every step of the way! Everyone is so motivational and I saw real results from coming to Forte! Brandi and the other coaches have all been such great blessings in my life! You’ll probably never see me at another gym as long as I live in the county, and for those who aren’t as lucky to live in driving distance, the live stream classes are amazing as well. It truly is a one of a kind gym that made me fall in love with working out!

Experiencia fantástica: Our first ever visit here to join the Zumba class with Christy! Four of us and a couple of the kids had to join us for this trip. The location is in a great area, easy to find, easy access and parking. We were welcomed and greeted at the front desk and lead over to the Zumba class. The kids fell asleep so one of us stayed in the vehicle (which was ok with grandma). Christy cheerfully greeted us and explained what to expect in the class and truly made us feel welcomed and at ease since we had not Zumba-ed before. The class was fun and exciting, even the rest of the participants were fun and friendly. We will definitely go back again.

Experiencia fantástica: Such incredible staff. Very welcoming and the owner is AMAZING. The facility is the best I have seen and so inviting! They really put some great ideas into this business all the way from a clean childcare room to prepped local meals as well as a super cute boutique. They truly have it all!

Experiencia fantástica: Dropped in on a barre class with Bridgette. I"m a paraplegic in a wheelchair and she modified my workout so that I was able to participate in the class AND get a great workout. Enthusiastic instructor with good knowledge!!

She tailored our workouts and still left us feeling stronger about ourselves and working harder than we imagined. For those that are intimidated to come to class...just go once and see how caring, understanding, helpful and knowledgeable the instructors are. If you truly want to get fit then Forte Fitness is for you.

If you want to take fitness seriously but have fun doing it, you need to go to this gym - No memberships so you can pay by the class and give it a try before you buy a package. They have classes for just about anything: Zumba, Yoga, Barre, HIIT, Spartan Fit, etc. And it's family-friendly! They offer child-watch for most classes or you can sign the kids up for one of their youth fitness classes. The coaches are fantastic and extremely helpful if you have any questions or concerns - most of them do the classes with you! The owner, Brandi, is always there and doing whatever she can to make the classes go smoothly and quick to offer any fitness or nutritional advice when asked. Almost every class I go to is the hardest workout of my life but it's addicting how fun and motivational they are! Totally worth trying it out!
