Fantastic experience: Kendell always says that 1 man will never be 2 & 3 out of 5 is more than most. So if you enjoy anything that you like, you’ll find this gym palatable.

Fantastic experience: The coaches at this gym are top notch and the community is the best group of cross fitters I’ve ever met! The workouts are made to scale to your fitness level and the coaches are supportive and helpful to each member of the class! The class schedule is flexible and accommodating to everyone’s schedules. You definitely need to check it out!

Fantastic experience: Arc is the best thing to land in Zanesville! You won’t be disappointed with the positive changes you will see by bettering your heath and strength. Kendell,Tarna and Adam all do a great job at coaching to improve your overall performance.

Fantastic experience: This is the best gym in Zanesville. This gym offers CrossFit style workouts and Kendell Kane is an incredible coach. He has an L3 CrossFit certification, and is truly invested in getting the best out of everyone who attends his classes. The members are great people and there is a real sense of community here. Free trials are available, and I'd encourage everyone to give it a try, even if you've never worked out before.
