We offer open gym hours throughout the week. Drop into the gym outside of class times to work on technique, do additional workouts, or make-up a workout you missed.
You’ll love our trainers and our exciting, quick, and new workout routines. On top of that, you’ll be able to benefit from one-on-one nutritional guidance, rounding out a fail-safe approach to fitness that may just shock you with the type of success you will quickly begin to see. We’ll provide you with support and accountability in your nutrition program to help promote weight loss.
Results take time, but if you’re consistent, they will come. If you are a beginner, results will come fairly quickly; even in only 30 days, you may start to see a difference in your strength and overall fitness.
If you are a beginner, we recommend starting with 2 to 4 classes a week, with the goal of working up to 5 a week after your first few months. It may take a while for your body to get used to training at that intensity, so listen to your body and know you will need recovery time between training days.
No! No matter what your current fitness level is, we have the fitness program that is right for you. Every workout is designed to help you succeed, improve fitness, and move you toward your goals. Our program is designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience.
Our class programming will include a group warmup including mobility, then move into a strength focus. The strength portion is where you’ll work on something like Olympic weightlifting, deadlifting, squatting, or bodyweight strength or you may work on a skill like handstand push-ups. After the strength or skill portion of the class is complete, most days will involve a workout that was programmed for that specific day. Workouts can be anywhere between 5 to 20 minutes or more.
No! A healthy lifestyle has to be manageable and realistic for the long term. Do enjoy special indulgences and meals! The healthier you are, the healthier you tend to want to eat. You get hooked on feeling good, and junk food just isn’t worth it. By avoiding excessive amounts of refined carbohydrates and measuring your intake of protein, carbohydrates, and fat, you will see dramatic, measurable increases in health.

Fantastic experience: Great box and incredible staff - we did a few drop ins there on a recent trip to Abingdon and thoroughly enjoyed it. Gym has tons of space, is well equipped, and both Wes and Wynn were beyond friendly - looking forward to coming back!

Fantastic experience: Great experience dropping in! Super responsive owners and the facilities are well-equipped and very clean. Coach Wes did a great job breaking down the workout and encouraging us to attempt variations of advanced movements - such as scaling the ring muscle ups by jumping from the box or from the floor. We will definitely stop by again when we are in the area.

Negative experience: I tried to drop in at this gym with a friend to do CrossFit games age group semifinals workouts back in April of 2025. This gym is 5 minutes from my home. We were going to work with them and pay for drop in fees and come at times that were convenient for them. To add to that, we were also going to bring our own CrossFit certified judges. We were told in an unfriendly matter that we were not allowed here. I have been a former member of this gym under different management since 2013. I am sad that the current management treated us like this.
Fantastic experience: I love the variety you get with the WODs, and everything can be modified if there’s a movement you aren’t capable (YET) of doing. Coaches are friendly, experienced, and do a good job showing you how to have proper form. Best part, you become like family!! Best place around!!

Fantastic experience: CrossFit Abingdon is an awesome gym. The coaches are super supportive and really take the time to help you get better, no matter where you’re starting from. The workouts are tough, but they make them doable for anyone, which is cool because you don’t feel left behind. The people there are great too—everyone’s encouraging and makes you feel like part of the group. It’s a place where you can actually see yourself getting stronger and improving every week!

Fantastic experience: This CrossFit gym is an amazing place to workout! The people here are friendly and the coaches are helpful, encouraging and knowledgeable. They focus on proper form and staying safe. The classes are challenging but fun with lots of diverse movements. Most of all, I love how the workouts push me to become stronger!
