Fantastic experience: My boyfriend and I just recently moved here from Ohio. We did Crossfit in Ohio and he loved it, I just went because he wanted me to. He found Crossfit Allegiance through a friend he worked with and would stop in when he was in town, this was before we moved down. After we moved down we joined the gym together and I soon found myself actually enjoying working out! The owner and her husband are welcoming and they have great deals for couples! I don't have children, but if you do have children they also have classes where your children can attend while the parents are working out! We live in Huntersville and make the drive to Denver just because we love this gym! The members at Crossfit Allegiance are welcoming and helpful! They take the time to know your name and soon they become your friends and not just the people you workout with! Everybody of all sizes and ages are there to better themselves and everybody encourages that! I am glad I found a places that challenges me helps me become the woman I want to be!

Fantastic experience: My boyfriend and I visited Lake Norman with family for a week and stopped by CrossFit Allegiance multiple times. I would say this was the best gym we've been to yet. The owners Jill and Eric were wonderful people and the members were all extremely friendly. We'll definitely return if we are back in the area!

Fantastic experience: I've been a member at CFA for almost two years. The coaches there are top notch. They are knowledgeable and will tailor a workout just for you...no matter your fitness level. The members are friendly and encouraging. It is a true family atmosphere and I am very thankful to be a part of such an outstanding CrossFit box.

Fantastic experience: I've been a member here for a year and a half and honestly don't have a negative comment to make about anything. I was a fitness instructor for a number of years at other gyms before deciding to make a change and give Crossfit a try. I thought that I was in good condition when I got here but as it turns out, I was leaving a lot on the table and would have never reached the fitness level I'm at today without this. No matter what you've heard about Crossfit, the truth is that there's something for ANY level!!! I know that because I watch Jill and Eric help all levels get better every single day and they enjoy what they're doing and bringing to the community. It's a lot more to them than just a job and you'll know this as soon as you interact with them. You won't be sorry for a second if you'll give this a try, unless you're just not into a lot of nice people working toward a common goal and helping each other get there.

Fantastic experience: Bar none, the best Box I've ever visited or more importantly been a member of. Professional staff, great atmosphere, and quality equipment. The way Crossfit Athletes are meant to train, in a gritty, supportive, uplifting Box. Not an add-on to an already overpriced, under utilized, treadmill/elliptical filled graveyard. You want to train and have your mind and body pushed to the limits with every class, join Crossfit Allegiance.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of CFA for 2 years! This is the third crossfit gym that my husband and I have been apart due to us moving. We are thrilled that our permanent location is with CFA. Jill has a wide range of experience and fosters an extremely inclusive experience! She understands that everyone comes from different backgrounds, with different experiences and knows how to meet the individual where they are. I highly recommend CFA. Throughout my time with CFA, I have gone through two pregnancies, and am stronger now than I was before kids. Fantastic experience: I am 59 years old and have been a member since October 2017, but have been working out consistently at CFA for the last year. I was never an athlete and have lived a pretty inactive life style for most of my adult life. Now staring down the barrel of 60 I am at a level of fitness I have not seen since my twenties. At first Crossfit can be kind of intimidating, but the owners, Jill and Eric are extraordinaire coaches and even better people. The personal interest they take in each of their members I believe is what sets CrossFit Allegiance apart from other gyms. Initially you might feel out of place but everyone there is supportive, encouraging and friendly. You quickly become part of the CFA family. Speaking of family CFA is very family friendly. At the 9:30 class while Jill is coaching Eric is watching members little kids and vice versatility. They offer classes in the afternoons for kids. As well as helping teenagers improve their fitness. They scale all the workouts to what ever suits your level of fitness. I encourage you to give them a shot. I only wish I could could give them 10 stars.

Fantastic experience: I was in the area visiting family and decided to drop into this box. Jill and Eric are very nice, helpful and kind gym owners. After first walking through the door and meeting Jill and Eric, I felt instantly welcomed and part of their CF family. They make everyone feel comfortable and went out of their way to introduce me to other members of the gym. When I visited this gym, I could genuinely tell how great of a CrossFit community Jill and Eric have built in Denver based off my interactions with the members. Members in the gym are very nice, approachable and polite. I highly recommend this gym for anyone who already does CrossFit or is looking at improving their fitness/health in any way. Whenever I’m in town I’ll definitely be dropping in at the gym for the WOD.

Fantastic experience: Great place to workout! Class times are plentiful, and now with the new addition of pegboards, they have everything you can want from a gym from an equipment/location standpoint. Jill/Eric have done an awesome job creating an awesome community that loves to exercise, highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Passion, Community, Caring are 3 words to describe Allegiance. For my 17 yr old daughter, this was the perfect place for her. Jill, Eric and team did a masterful job in preparing her for Marine Boot Camp, but more importantly, they provided a close supportive community. Regardless of your shape or skill level you will find a safe environment, with solid coaching, contagious passion, immediate friendship and supportive atmosphere.
