Fantastic experience: Dropped in while visiting Bluffton and needed a place to do Open workout 17.4. Cannot thank the staff and members for being so accommodating and helpful during this busy time for CrossFitters. The atmosphere and facilities were everything I could ask for in a CrossFit gym and they stay true to the essence of CrossFit with simplicity and variability as far as I could tell from their programming. Definitely worth a drop in!

Fantastic experience: Great place to work out. Extremely involved in the local community as well. They offer an ICT class for those not interested in heavy lifting.

Fantastic experience: Great place! We were spending the week in Hilton Head and I wanted to take a few classes so I dropped in and the owner (I think Martin?) put me through a great workout and he was a really good coach. I will say that Crossfit gyms can be a bit intimidating and I thought that this one was great, there are people of varying strength/skill levels so it was a nice mix! Everyone was super friendly and it was a great workout! Highly recommend trying this place out!

Fantastic experience: This is a great facility with excellent coaching and programming! They stayed true to CrossFit fundamentals. I dropped in while on vacation and the community was very friendly. They even had a lot of good suggestions on fun places to visit while I was in town. I will definitely be dropping in again next time I'm in town!
