CrossFit^® Hendersonville

Fantastic experience: I stopped by CF Hendersonville today. I have been out and about visiting the various CF Gyms/Boxes around the Lebanon area. CF Hendersonville has a nice setup and both the staff and members were very friendly. They clearly have a good community going there seeing the members interact. The workout was a muscle endurance intensive workout that certainly taxed us all without delving into the realm of the absurd. Overall I enjoyed my time there and look forward to visiting it again next time I am in town!

Fantastic experience: Dropped in for a morning class with Maddie and it was great! Awesome community of people, spacious facility and great staff. Recommend to anyone out of town or locals looking for a new gym!

Fantastic experience: I tried Crossfit over the summer and I was welcomed with open arms. They have a great atmosphere and the classes were awesome. The staff was knowledgeable and helped me with my form in multiple lifts. I would recommend for anyone from a beginner to seasoned lifter, to try Hendersonville Crossfit.

Fantastic experience: Excellent gym and trainers! Their system is easy to understand and scalable for all levels of fitness. They give easy to understand coaching with a focus on form and quality of movements. The staff and gym members are very welcoming! 100% recommend if your either new to CrossFit or have been involved before!

Fantastic experience: I just moved to Gallatin a few months ago and was really disappointed in the local gyms around the area...until now! So glad I gave this place a try. It's such a great program, and everyone is so friendly. The programming is great for all levels of athletes, and the coaches are all really good at actually teaching and not just keeping you on a time schedule for the day.
