Fantastic experience: Awesome CrossFit box in a huge warehouse. They have all the equipment you could want, but the coaching staff and community are the best. I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in the door. Coaches are world class competitive CrossFitters themselves, with the banners on the wall to prove it! They will melt you down and rebuild you stronger.

Fantastic experience: The coaches all have strong athletic backgrounds and they are all extremely detailed in their approach. I've been to over 40 CrossFit boxes around the country over the years and this is one of the best.

Fantastic experience: I did three drop-ins while in town for work. CrossFit Shrewsbury was absolutely awesome! The coaches and everyone at the gym are super friendly, I got along with everyone there. Sad to be heading back home.

The workouts are well thought out and thorough. They also make it fun! This is your place!

The community is amazing, the coaches are informed and engaged, the workouts are challenging AND scalable to meet you where you are. Athletes of all ages and abilities are welcomed and supported. The largest facility, most challenging classes, most open gym time, most class options, and best community in the area. CFS is much more than a gym - it’s a community, including really diverse backgrounds amongst its members, and consistently has fun activities to engage its members in and out of the gym. Fantastic experience: My wife and I recently joined here. We had a great experience at a previous CrossFit gym, but we moved and have happily found a new home here at CrossFit Shrewsbury! All of the coaches and members have gone out of their way to make us feel as welcome as possible. Corey, Steve, Sean, and Reem (the coaches) are very approachable and take the extra time to make sure you are comfortable with a movement. The community also shows the same passion. Multiple members have gone out of their way to learn about my wife and I and to introduce themselves. We are thrilled to be a part of the community. It is an awesome team to be a part of and we look forward to every hour that we spend at the gym! Highly recommend!
