CrossFit^® Acadia

Fantastic experience: We dropped in on our way to Acadia for vacation. There was no class scheduled when we arrived but Coach Jamie said lets do one! Some people at open gym jumped in with us and we had a class of 6. The gym had more equipment than any other I've been to, had plenty of space and was very clean. Jamie gave excellent instructions on our movements and warmed us up specific to the WOD. Jamie helped us keep proper form during the WOD and pushed us through it. Thank you Jamie you were terrific!! They have showers which was great since we were getting in the car for a hour drive!!

Fantastic experience: Large, well-equipped, welcoming gym. I have no Crossfit experience but dropped in while vacationing at Acadia National Park in order to keep up with my Olympic weightlifting program. The head coach and gym owner, Nicholas, was exceedingly gracious, insisting that I use the best available equipment for my workout (e.g., a 15 kg Eleiko XF bar or Performance bar) and ensuring that I felt welcome and included even though my workout was different from the concurrent Crossfit class. Nick was clearly happy to be a resource not only to visiting Crossfitters but also weightlifters, powerlifters, and strongmen. I would definitely drop in again!

Fantastic experience: The owners, Nick and Jamie, are really special. I’ve never been to a gym where the owners are so uniquely invested in their client’s health. Above all they are kind. I felt welcomed since day 1. The coaches are all top tier and demonstrate a similar wealth of knowledge and sincerity. The workouts are great and challenging. This is the first gym I’ve truly called “home”. I feel like I could rely on them like family if I needed help. What a blessing in my life they have truly been.

Fantastic experience: From the moment I walked in, I was made to feel welcome, like a part of the community, as opposed to a CrossFitting tourist doing a drop-in. I was met with eye contact, a firm handshake (never underestimate the quality of a handshake), and a warm welcome. I was shown where everything is & given my space to do my workout that my hometown coach programmed. I came here from NY & didn’t want to miss out on my workouts & I certainly didn’t want to fall behind. If I lived here, this would be my gym. HIGHLY recommend.

Fantastic experience: Owners Nick and Missy provided a guided tour of their exceptional facility. The coaching was top notch, the equipment and layout excellent, and the community friendly and supportive. One member even lent her gear to an out of towner. I highly recommend. ️‍♂️

Fantastic experience: Great environment, great coaches, great facility and equipment. The owners are the main coaches and have built a team spirit that feels like family from the day you walk in. Aside from being such a fun, welcoming place to work out, Nick and Jamie are two of the best teachers I have trained with. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get in shape or grow their current fitness level.

Fantastic experience: My wife, Hannah, and I were on our honeymoon and we dropped in on a class. Megan was the coach and was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The box was awesome, and the regulars friendly as well. Would recommend anybody to drop in and join these folks. Awesome crew. Keep it up!

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience from the moment you walk in the door. Greeted by the coach who introduced each person and also taken in by Zach who was fantastic with more advice and where things were. The workout was scaled well for everyone and also written well for those who dont need to scale. I was fortunate enough to be the first one finished with the metcon and love to support my fellow wod crushers and everyone else joined in as they finished also. Great atmospher. Good coaching and even better friendships made just in one hour. Thank you Nick for creating the right environment.

Fantastic experience: It doesn't get better than CrossFit Acadia. The coaches are fantastic. The community is so welcoming and supportive. The gym is state of the art with all the equipment you could ask for.

Fantastic experience: Dropped in from Portland over the holiday weekend and was very pleasantly surprised. Jamie was super friendly and showed me around. Nick is genuinely passionate and seems to meet people where they are at. Great equipment, plenty of room and clean. Highly recommend it!

Fantastic experience: Great people! We dropped in for 4th of July community WOD while here on family reunion and were made to feel completely welcome by one and all. I would recommend to everybody—thanks Missy and Rebecca for being patient with an old guy and keeping it fun for my firebreather niece, and Megan for running a great session. Also super nice woman who signed us in; sorry name forgotten. Go Crossfit Acadia!
