Fantastic experience: I have been training at Crossfit Allstar for almost 4 years now, and will continue to do so! I enjoy the gym, the athletes, and the atmosphere. Fantastic experience: It's not an overstatement to say CrossFit AllStar in Waimea has changed the lives of me and my family! Through KC and her team's coaching, support and the CrossFit framework, we are healthier, happier and enjoying life more every day. I've been a member of various gym's, taken yoga and other classes, and bought I don't know how many videos that eventually get used as coasters - nothing has been as effective and FUN as Crossfit AllStars!!! The high intensity, short, scale-able workouts are perfect for us and the community of people at CrossFit AllStar are encouraging and welcoming like I've never experienced in a fitness environment. Fantastic experience: My husband and I go over to the Big Island a few times a year. We have found a great, welcoming community at crossfit ALLSTAR. KC and her staff are amazing. We now do independent programs that we are allowed to do there, while we are visiting the island. They accommodate every level of crossfit. It's so wonderful to see the entire family in the box. Parents take a class and then there is a program shortly after for their toddlers. I wish we had a place like ALLSTAR here in the Bay Area!

Fantastic experience: I planned on signing up for only a six month stint, but have now been a part of Crossfit AllStar for almost three years. The quality of training is exceptional. And the acceptance and encouragement from the other athletes, no matter what level you're at, makes this a special place to train and grow.

Fantastic experience: It has been almost two years since I joined Crossfit Allstar. The combination of the Crossfit workouts and the Olympic Lifting classes changed my level of fitness. The coaches are informative and ensure each athlete are educated in each movement. Fun and friendly atmosphere.

Great coaching, community and atmosphere! WODS are well structured for all levels of fitness and plenty of classes and open gym time!

Fantastic experience: My first time at CrossFit Allstar was at the encouragement of a friend. In NO way did I want to go to a CrossFit gym, I felt super uncomfortable with the idea. With that said… I was pleasantly surprised! KC and the staff at AllStar create an inclusive and positive gym environment. There is wide range of ages, backgrounds and skill levels… all are welcome. I attended my first class on a free pass, and I am proud to say that 14 months later I am fitter and happier than ever!

Fantastic experience: I've never felt so welcomed. Crossfit AllStart IS AMAZING. Gyms have always intimidated me. I've actually never had a gym membership until CrossFit All Star. Everyone was so welcoming the first time I went. They took the time to show me the equipment, proper form, and explain the weird terms to me. When I tried to walk out, they somehow convinced me to stay and I'm so glad they did. Definitely recommend checking out Crossfit AllStar. And the owner is awesome.

Fantastic experience: Every time I go to Waimea, I go here. Even if I’m not doing CrossFit consistently at home. I’ve made so many friends, it’s ridiculous. I never have a bad time at this gym. The owner, KC, knows everyone personally and asks how they’re doing in life and in general. The people that go there continuously make it such a great place to go, too. Even at 5am they’re amazing. HIGHLY recommend.

Fantastic experience: I've been a regular crossfitter for 6 years and have visited dozens of gyms. We (my wife and I) moved here from Kona a month ago and have been coming to CF Allstar. This is a wonderful place. The venue and climate are amazing. KC, the owner, is exceptional. She is extremely responsive, plays clean music, has great programming (grindy / lots of engine), is flexible with individual needs and open gym, and creates a great culture and vibe. I'm really happy to be here.

Fantastic experience: What a great gym. I visit once a year and always spend my workouts with this big, kind, and welcoming community. They do a great job of coaching the Crossfit standards, and accommodating athletes of all levels. I always enjoy working out along side impressive athletes of all ages. If you're a seasoned Crossfiter, or looking to start, they do a great job.

Fantastic experience: KC was so welcoming and a great coach! We dropped in during our vacation and she even helped my mom come up with an alternate version of the workout that accommodated her mobility limitations. Wonderful time all around with a super welcoming community!

Fantastic experience: The New You program was hand’s down the best way to get started with Crossfit. KC and her team of coaches created an amazing community of women which was so supportive and was able to work with everyone regardless of their fitness level or familiarity with Crossfit. For me personally, the New You program was a great way to kick-start a new habit of ongoing exercise and healthy eating that I have been able to consistently maintain for years. It's the perfect way to start a new routine with a group to keep you accountable to your goals. If you are ready to make the next year amazing, do it!

KC trains and educates her staff to understand what each individual needs!! You will feel supported and part of this community. (Online classes are available also during covid)

Fantastic experience: Visited for a cross fit competition for my sister-in-law and the facilities/equipment seemed well taken cared and clean. The staff's energy was infectious and could tell they enjoyed being there for the wellness of everyone participating and themselves.
