Fantastic experience: Excellent gym, great place to drop in. Jerome understands the balance between being inviting to visitors and taking care of his clients. Being a box owner myself I understand how difficult this balancing act can be but visiting this gym over the course of a week was a pleasure. It's outfitted with everything you could possibly need for your wod, has plenty of space, and offers great hours of operation. Even though I followed my own programming during open gym I had the opportunity to observe class in action, the coaching was attentive and programming thoughtful. Highly recommended for visitors and residents alike.

Fantastic experience: I am visiting this gorgeous island from Oregon and I had never been to a CrossFit before. They are popping up all over Oregon and I wanted to check it out while I had my 2 weeks here. I had seen some videos on YouTube and had no clue what I was in for. I walk in and Jerome the owner greeted me, I explained to him that I had never done this before, and he explained the process. Usually it is a month or so of initiation to all of the moves, and I was a little discouraged for a moment until Jerome said "But you are welcome to join in and follow along on your vacation..." I was ecstatic...the next morning at the 6AM class, I was clueless, but I was there. Jerome took the time to personally address my beginner status and kindly show me the moves and how to "Stage them Down" for a beginner like me. This cross fit is NOT just for classes, you can come in and use the place for your own workouts also. It is nice with all up to date gear. The rowing machines are exceptional. Jerome and all of the others give you a family type feel. Very welcoming. Other times I have been to Kauai I have joined some other little gyms only to be disappointed....this experience is the opposite. These classes are AMAZING..they are hard and will push you to your limits......If you really want to change your life during your time in paradise...go talk to Jerome as I did.....and try these classes...I am hooked. Fantastic experience: This is my first CrossFit experience and I couldn't be happier. I live on island and have been a member for 2 years. Bethanie is one of the BEST coaches I have ever worked with. No matter your skill level she always makes sure you are progressing in a very supportive way. I appreciate her consistently slowing me down to protect me from injury while pushing me to do things I didn't think I could do. The gym is always spotless and has everything you need for a great WOD. The support from other members is great. In no time you will find your Crossfit Family too!

Fantastic experience: In Kauai, CrossFit is synonymous with ohana. But like all good family members, they will kick your butt and push you to do more than you think you can when you are wimping out! Great vibes, good sweat, excellent team to be a part of!

Fantastic experience: Kauai CrossFit is a great place to drop-in while you're on vacation. It's located right by the airport, so if you time it right, you can get off the plane and go straight to the gym to work out. It was easy to reserve a spot and pay for it ahead of time on their website. When we showed up, everyone was very welcoming. The WOD was challenging but fun, and the coach did a great job of breaking everything down. They have a lot of great shirts to choose from and even an online store in case the design you want isn't available in your size. And there are showers, so you can clean up after the WOD, in case you can't check into your hotel room or you're on your way back to the airport. I'd definitely recommend it.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to Kauai three years in a row for vacation with my wife and we ALWAYS make multiple visits to the “Jungle Gym” while we’re there. We own our own CrossFit gym in San Jose, CA, so it’s safe to say you can trust our opinion. This gym is not only the most beautiful place we’ve ever worked out (we’ve been to more than 30 gyms all over the world), but the owners, coaches and members are some of the friendliest people you’ll ever meet. On top of that, the coaching is of the highest level, the workouts are well thought out and written well, the warm ups and class structure are great, and the gym is well maintained and always clean. If you live nearby I would highly recommend a membership or personal training here and if you’re on vacation and a CrossFitter at home this is a MUST SEE CrossFit box that you’ll never forget.
