Fantastic experience: We dropped in for 2 classes while visiting family in town. Ashleigh (one of the owners) was very responsive beforehand and made us feel welcome. We've only been doing CF for a short period of time, so were a little nervous to join another gym's classes. But the members were kind and the coaches were great. Coach Caroline was especially supportive! Comfortable for ALL levels. We'll be back whenever we're in Charleston. Thank you!!
