Fantastic experience: My son started at CrossFit SEO this summer. He has had an amazing time! He loves the workouts...even enough to go at 6:00 am before he had football practice! Everyone has been welcoming to us as well! I would absolutely recommend CrossFit SEO to anyone and everyone!!!

Fantastic experience: Crossfit SEO is the first crossfit gym I ever attended years ago, and they still welcome me back with open arms when i am back in town. Head coach and owner, Jolene Grant, is extremely patient and knowledgeable. She takes the time with all clients to help them learn and understand the basics while impressing the importance of form and quality of movement to all of her athletes before allowing any of them to build up to higher loads, thus helping us all to minimize our risk of injury while helping us get the most out of our workouts for years to come. I have been yo numerous crossfit gyms since gaining my foundational experience at Crossfit SEO, and I would still rate Crossfit SEO as one of the best in terms of cleanliness, community, quality of coaching, and programming to the point where I have made it a point to stop by every time I have been in Athens since moving away. They are hands down the best Crossfit gym in the area.
