Everyone here is focused and kind. I always look forward to my next class. Definitely give it a shot if you're looking for a place. Also, I completely agree with Ben Schonken's review.

Fantastic experience: best jiujitsu place to learn about the harsh reality's of life, also jiujitsu. the people are free thinking and open minded, which is a surprise for the midwest. its a welcome breath of fresh air, but your going to be fighting to breath every minute your here, not just because you have either a huge 200+ lbs dude crushing you or a skinny 120-lbs teen doing helicopters on your back making you feel like you shouldnt have woken up today just to deal with this, but because the place will make you laugh your way to fitness and possibly an ambulance. this place is great. Danny, you made this place my second home and i love every day i spent here. your the best teacher i could have asked for. iowa doesnt deserve you at all, but im glad every new class gets to have the best teacher and a great environment. i started with danny when it was a run down 1980 Mr. Miyagi style gym, you had to lay down the mats every class and you had an inch of padding between you and the unforgiving concrete. it was great. and i stuck with him to the new place and trust me, he deserves his own gym. but he likes to help everyone he can. if you give him the time, he will give it back and so much more. also im dyslexic, leave me alone. idk how to put together sentences the best, i speak good though.
