Fantastic experience: Really awesome and very welcoming. There was a guy named Ben who showed me how to use certain unfamiliar equipment and he was very nice as well as a believer too. My favorite part of going to Lord's Gym is that they have a basketball court inside and there are always 4 in 4 or at least 2 on 2 games. I love Lord's Gym really aerating experience. OH YEAH, AND IT'S COMPLETELY FREE!!! you can drop a donation if the Lord puts it on your heart. I love this place.
