Fantastic experience: No matter what kind of shape you are in (or out of), this is the class for you. Heidi will work you at your own pace no matter what the size of the class is. No two classes are the same and no matter where you are at in your training, it will always be challenging...and fun.

Fantastic experience: Heidi's workouts are fun and challenging. She puts herself 100% into developing her students in a positive way. Whether the student is new, young, old, overweight or in a slump she tailors the regiment to help that student best. Because she is also an RN, she is very focused on making sure the class is safe and that the level she is training is appropriate. I enjoyed her class and recommend it.
