Fantastic experience: I could tell Alyssa has a lot of experience not only with massage but just body movement in general. She could tell immediately where I was the most tense and sore and really helped relive the pain, stress, and pressure in my neck and shoulders. I would definitely recommend her to anyone and especially if you workout and lift a lot.
