Fantastic experience: Paul is a fantastic trainer who is professional and has a sense of humor which makes the workouts go quickly. He shows you how to perform exercises correctly and pushes you when you need the motivation. I have lacked the motivation to go to the gym and he keeps me in a routine and is very flexible with my schedule. I highly recommend Paul to achieve your goals and get into shape.
