Fantastic experience:
Fantastic experience: Studio 59 is excellent. Stacy, the owner, provides a high level of instruction, promoting the art of pilates, while at the same time being mindful of the individual needs of her clients,modifying moves as needed. I have studied with her for 5 years, during a car accident recovery and before, during and after pregnancy. Pilates has made a huge difference in my body and my health. Studio 59 was key in providing a safe, non judgemental and enriching mindbody workout.
