CrossFit^® Salty North

Fantastic experience: I was super intimidated to try CrossFit but this place has been a dream. The coach, Emily, has been super patient and knowledgeable while teaching me the proper and safe way to lift. The community has been incredible, lots of fun events and group work outs. I am not normally a gym person but the time I have spend there has enhanced my outdoor recreation ten fold.

Fantastic experience: I love this gym! It’s less crowded and don’t need to share weights or equipment much. The coach is friendly and supportive. The schedule works for me, which is helpful because I have to commute for work. I also like the app because the gym members share comments and support for each workout. I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: The athletes that attend are very welcoming and supportive! Location has a shower, playroom for kids, a great space for workouts and many class times to choose from. Very knowledgable coach, Emily is excellent at scaling workouts to an individuals skill level. So happy I chose this gym to continue my crossfit journey!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a gym-goer for years but was new to the CrossFit world when I came across CrossFit Salty North. They welcomed me with open arms and have taught me correct form and terminology. The class sizes aren’t too big and there are many class times offered to fit any schedule. They have a playroom that both my kids (3&5) look forward to playing in and an open space so that they can watch Mom workout. Attending classes at CrossFit Salty North is easily our favorite time of day!
