Fantastic experience: Really enjoy working with chris as my trainer! He really knows his stuff and knows how to accommodate each workout for different people! He really pays attention and shows me correct form and movement when I’m doing it wrong! He really pushes me to my fullest potential and those are things I never got at other gyms! I will definitely be sticking around for the long haul and you should too!
