Fantastic experience: Flora Fit has an amazing group of coaches and clients! You will not be disappointed. I started out with no CrossFit experience and am about to come on the 2 year mark; it has developed a love for CrossFit and overall health In general. Love this place!

Fantastic experience: Never in a million years would i have thought that i would feel this great at 46 years old. Flora fit has a great group of members and coaches that make you feel at home. I’ve been attending the 5am class for over a year now and it really helps get my day started.
