Fantastic experience: I have had a great experience thus far with Julian. I have been going for 2 months and already see improvements in my overall strength and physical appearance! He has a very professional and clean environment for his workouts, with all the equipment you need. He pushes you when you normally would not push yourself, he knows when you can do more and when you can't, while continuing to challenge you. I truly appreciate the time he spends making you the best you, during the time your with him. I highly recommend his services!

Fantastic experience: I have been working out with Julian for several months now. I’m trying to tone and so far I’ve lost inches in my thighs and my arms have definition. This is something I would not have been able to do on my own. Julian has creative workouts that challenge me and he gives me encouragement when I think I can’t do something and pushes me when I want to give up on an exercise.
