Fantastic experience: Great place to workout. Very clean, and Tara is amazing. Sauna upstairs, tanning bed for a small fee, workout equipment on the main floor everything from weights, resistance bands, treadmills, row machine, stair climber, squat machine, and go downstairs for a little privacy. You can bring your own DVDs to workout to. In there you'll find a punching bag to let off some steam from a long week. All sizes of kettle balls, and weights as well. Great place to go!

Fantastic experience: A nice, CLEAN, easily can obtain your goals with the equipment, & bonus there is a sauna in the locker rooms! The owner is very passionate about healthy, fitness, her family, & her community!! & there is a smoothie shop right next to the gym! Its a win all the way around!
