Fantastic experience: Noel and his crew changed my life for the better. When I started there, I was fat, out of shape, and generally unhappy with myself. Six months later, I am stronger, happier, and in the best shape of my life and I'm 42! It's no cake walk and Noel will push to your limits, but he believes in you, which makes you believe in yourself. Highly recommend!
