Positive experience: Friendly staff. Lots of stations and space. Lots of machines and free weights. Won’t hesitate to come back every time we visit family in Virginia.

Positive experience: This isn’t the fanciest place with the newest equipment but it is well looked after and the community makes it a truly great place. I’ll be lifting here anytime I’m in town!

Fantastic experience: Unique community owned building filled with great, passionate people. There is something for everyone and there are members of all ages. I've been to many gyms but this is easily the best. I wouldn't ever want to work out anywhere else!
