CrossFit^® Issaquah East

Fantastic experience: I've been with crossfit Issaquah since early 2019, I never understood true gym family/community, support, and friends until joining here. The coaches are all amazing , friendly, and extremely safety and technique oriented. Any time I perform a movement incorrectly they are there in the most supportive way possible to make sure I'm safe. When I come in for class all my stress of the day melts away being around people trying to be the best version of themselves. The programming is also top notch, I researched around 20 gyms and visited 4 before settling on CFI east as my new fitness home. For readers who like stats and numbers I packed on 10lb of muscle and dropped 1.5% body fat in the first year and went from 150lb squat to 315lb among other strength and endurance gains. This is a place I will happily be for many years to come.
