F45 Training Savage

Fantastic experience: Great fast-paced but very manageable workouts and many convenient times each day. Fits my workout needs very well and I am a more mature adult (50) just looking to maintain muscle mass and great health but not an athlete by any stretch. Very good experienced trainers and an inolved and approachable owner/manager- a great addition to the Savage-PL fitness scene!

Fantastic experience: This new gym is great. New, nice equipment. The coaches, Hunter and Cody are helpful, help me modify some to make it easier. The video instructions are very good, and it is lively, motivating and it is helping me a lot

Fantastic experience: Different from any other fitness facility places that I have attended. This isn't a gym where you just pick weights up and put them down. The objective of each class is very clear from the beginning. The trainers are with you every step of the way to guide you. I enjoy coming to this facility.
