Fantastic experience: I worked with Mike and his team for several years while I lived in Glen Park. As a "sports-challenged" person, I really appreciated that Mike always developed a truly personalized program that takes you just a bit beyond of what you think you could do. His extensive experience in sports and knowledge of the limitations of the individual body allows him to work with everyone - whether you're a decently trained individual wanting to stay in shape, an injured athlete recovering, or someone on crutches needing a very individual workout. I never felt embarassed about "everyone being better than I."

Fantastic experience: I went to Sol Gym many years ago for a couple of sessions. I'm giving Sol Gym 5 stars since most of these comments are pretty unfair and not by "real customers".
