Fantastic experience: Great coaches, who actually know what they are talking about. I've been to other training facilities and crossfit boxes around San Diego, but these guys and gals are a step above. The box is very clean, and well equipped. You have too look closely to find it from Jimmy Durante, but once you're there, you'll be happy you came. I've been going here for over 3 years and I'm still challenged every time I come in. Coach Dan has a great saying, "It will get better, but it will never get easy".

Fantastic experience: Great gym with excellent coaches! All the coaches are very experienced and knowledgable when it comes to Olympic lifts and all other Crossfit movements. Glad we found this place when we moved to Del Mar. Awesome atmosphere and people in all classes!
