Fantastic experience: Small black owned gym focused on transforming the body. I attended small HITT group exercise sessions but they offer body building, sports agility training for all ages, boxing and other services. You will work hard and they believe in pushing you to your limits but you WILL get results. Especially if you follow diet plan. They gym is tucked away so make sure you get good directions you first day and the code to the gate. Not visible from the street.
