Fantastic experience: My teenage son and I have been twice so far for the free trial. We are really enjoying the workout. The staff allows us to go at a pace we are comfortable with but are there encouraging us to push through and help with form doing the exercises. Very important! Also, the people working out around us are very friendly. I know the results will be great if we stay consistent. I highly recommend F45 Greatwood!

Fantastic experience: So glad I joined F45! All of the staff is great and motivating. Each workout is different which keeps you from getting bored and challenges you.
