YMCA Express at Gainsboro: Opinions
Fantastic experience: I would like to see this Y have exercise programs for older individuals and those who are not very mobile. Different times should be offered. Add a few more cooking programs although I do appreciate that other Y's are now using the kitchen.
Positive experience: The gym is convenient, the staff and members are friendly. Work out area is average to small with enough equipment to get the job done, the price is very affordable.
Fantastic experience: The YMCA Express at Gainsboro is a wonderful place to workout. The staff is friendly and helpful. It is a small gym that has a wonderful atmosphere and is never too crowded. The Zumba class is great there.
