Fantastic experience: The owner nicole is awesome! very knowledgeable about fitness and makes you feel comfortable in the gym. All the people that come are great as well and help you to get to your goals, highly recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: Nicole is incredible! She's high energy, educated, and inclusive. She understands that everyone needs to work at their own safe pace while pushing you to progress! I hadn't worked out in far too long before stepping into her gym and I'm so thankful that Nubody is where I ended up. The clientele she attracts is also the type you want to be around. Everyone is encouraging and shares like minded goals. Additionally Coach Taylor is a Rockstar! The way he interacts with the kids group is perfect. They are taught proper form and technique to moving their bodies in ways to avoid injury! If you have been thinking about getting back to a gym but fear intimidation or injury, check out Nubody! You won't regret it! Plus, your kids can get their workout on at the same time! Win, win.
Fantastic experience: Nicole is the best personal trainer I’ve ever worked with. She is welcoming, friendly, and creative. Her positive and understanding approach to physical health makes working out enjoyable and motivating. She effortlessly understands my needs and caters my workouts for me. She is so creative, every training session is different and time goes by fast. I highly recommend Nubody for all your nutrition and training needs!
Fantastic experience: I am really happy to recommend Nicole, having had her as a personal trainer for almost 4 years. Some of Nicole’s main strengths are: quickly understanding your specific personal training needs; keeping it interesting by trying new things and using a broad range of training styles.
