Fantastic experience: Massage Review: I booked a 1 hour deep-tissue massage with Karli and it was one of the best massages I have ever had. I do a lot of sports and need to get bodywork. Karli had a good pressure (I asked her for it), great technique and used the time perfectly to work mostly on my shoulders and neck and then the rest of the body. Amazing experience, only regret is to not have booked a 1.5 h appointment!

Fantastic experience: Great place for a fun workout!! Friendly staff and great instructors!! I love the energy!! I always make time to do a class or two when I'm in town....Love!!

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing time in Jakes class! By far the best studio for cardio dance in the area! Super clean, very modern, friendly staff and all professional instructors. Definitely a must!

Fantastic experience: Great class on Saturday with Jake. Also, they do have massages as well, which are reasonably priced and available on shorter notices than other places.
