Renegade

Fantastic experience: Renegade is the best way to start a day! The workouts are dynamic and challenging. The blue lights, loud music and team feel are motivating. The coaches are always friendly and willing to provide modifications or advice to help you work through issues and meet your goals. I've been consistently going to this gym for 3 years and don't plan on stopping anytime soon ????

Fantastic experience: I love Renegade, the workouts are challenging and always different. It’s easy to modify the exercises if you have an injury or limitation. All of the coaches are amazing! The best part is, the class times work with my work schedule and the pricing is very reasonable.

Fantastic experience: Honestly the best workout! I always leave drenched in sweat. The coaches are all great too. They keep you accountable and really push you to your limits. Tyler is probably one of my favorite coaches. He always checks in with every one and challenges us to go up in weights and helps with form. I’ve gotten so much stronger since coming to Renegade and I don’t see myself going anywhere else. The workouts are always different so I never feel bored either. Renegade is a welcoming place with some awesome people! Give this place a shot, you definitely won’t be disappointed!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely obsessed with Renegade! Every class is challenging, versatile and new. I especially like that the coaches are constantly providing us with the best guidance to push ourselves to be the best athletes we can be. It’s 45 minutes of work that leaves you feeling accomplished for the rest of the day- highly recommend to all!!

Fantastic experience: Renegade continues to be my favorite gym. Been nearly 4 years since my first class and I’m STILL being challenged weekly. The workouts are well-rounded, high energy, and the coaches make every minute count. I know what I’m getting when I show up, but also never been bored in a Renegade class! A must try if you’re looking for a reliable workout with an amazing and diverse fitness community :)
