CrossFit^® Flood

Fantastic experience: All 3 of our children aged between 7 and 11 attend the Crossfit Kids program and love it. Its a great workout teaching them the basic skills of Crossfit. Mike is awesome with the children, excellent teaching style making the sessions fun, interactive at the same time teaching respect, patience and body control. Highly recommend Crossfit Flood to anyone looking for a great place to work out.

Fantastic experience: CrossFit Flood’s coaches are awesome.They are knowledgeable, patient, friendly and have a particular attention to form to avoid injuries. The programming is great and can be modified for those with limitations and/or injuries while still providing a challenging workout. This place really provides a non-intimidating environment where I can workout with confidence. The fact that I’m constantly improving and learning something new keeps me wanting to come back. If you’re looking for a CrossFit gym, you need to check CrossFit Flood out.

Fantastic experience: CrossFit Flood is an amazing family and perfect place to start and maintain your fitness journey. There are members at every stage of their journey working side by side. If you are worried you are not in shape enough to do CrossFit, no worries. There are adaptations to each exercise, and most importantly no judgement. Just good old encouragement on the part of the super knowledgeable coaches. If you don't have anyone in your life that wants to be your accountability partner, come to CrossFit Flood. The coaches remember your name and help keep your progress going without making you feel bad. It is a very positive environment. And if that isn't enough to entice you, you get a free week to try it out and find out if it is right for you. Not to knock other gyms, but CrossFit Flood has a family atmosphere that is hard to replicate. Come try it out!

Fantastic experience: My first experience with CrossFit is with Flood. I didn’t know if I would like it but I am a believer now. I’m shedding the pounds and gaining strength. The crossfitters here at this gym are all very welcoming and friendly. I have made many new friends here. Mike & the coaches are extremely knowledgeable and helpful so it makes the experience even better ✊????

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this gym. The quality of people is pretty incredible. Both members and coaches are fun and friendly. I've been to many crossfit gyms and I know it can be intimidating walking into a place where a bunch ripped muscle heads are slamming weight on the floor, but the environment at CF Flood is all about supporting each other to reach your fitness goals. The owner Mike puts lots of time and energy into CF Flood which is why I think people love this gym.
