Fantastic experience: I LOVE Amica CrossFit, it's the best gym I've ever been too! The coaches are all AMAZING and the workouts, training and guidance you get here far surpasses anything I've ever experienced, 5 stars hands down

Fantastic experience: I dropped in to this box while I was visiting some friends in the area. This gym is wonderful! Donna was amazing! She got back to me and answered all my questions right away and was friendly and welcoming even through our email communication! When I got to the gym she and the rest of the members were just as welcoming. I got my friends to come with me and try it for the first time and Donna did a fantastic job coaching them and scaling everything appropriately for them! I have coached CrossFit myself and felt very comfortable leaving my friends in her hands! The programming was also great! Challenging enough for higher level athletes but great scaling options for beginners. I highly recommend this gym and will be dropping in here again next time I visit the area!

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of Amica since October 2018 and it has been an awesome experience! I have been to multiple gyms and CrossFit gyms within Orange County. Joe, Donna, and their team provide a great program that involves a very vital strength program with excellent instruction. Also, they have been able to blend in lots of conditioning and skill work that has made me a better all around athlete. Their team has been able to provide information about basic nutrition and recovery exercises to make sure I’m able to keep coming month after month without any injuries which something that when looking for a CrossFit gym should be a requirement but isn’t always seen.

Fantastic experience: Working out at Amica is one of the best parts of my day!! You will love this place no matter your fitness level. The trainers focus on your strengths and help you overcome your weaknesses. I just turned 39 years old and this is the best I’ve ever felt or looked! I cannot say enough about this gym. If you are considering it, I urge you to try just one class. I guarantee that you will love this second family as much as I do!

Fantastic experience: My 12 year old son and I joined the Amica family a little over a month ago and we LOVE it! I was nervous at first about lifting weights since it not something I’ve ever done. I’ve never encountered a more supportive and encouraging group of people than I have at Amica. What really made me feel like this is the place where we belong is how the gym members and owners treat my son. They make him feel like he belongs. They encourage him and cheer him on just as much as they do for everyone. It’s a true family atmosphere. The two of us have not only gained strength and confidence, but we’ve gained a new family!
