Fantastic experience: This is a beautiful studio in downtown Manchester. I went to a medium flow class and it was very busy. But the instructor did a great job helping to make sure everyone had space. The flow was excellent and I felt like it matched my past experiences. She did not demonstrate the poses, but if you are experienced that shouldn’t be a problem. I loved that they had a theme for the month and the community was very welcoming. I would recommend it highly and attend class again in the future!
