Fantastic experience: I’m lucky and grateful Dion Hannah had an opening at Proof Training. He trains the variety, from athletes to personalized workouts/strength training for older adults, and everything in between. I’ve had a total knee replacement, past 50 yrs old and fell off the workout wagon years ago. Dion creates custom workouts for my level, one on one. I am feeling so much better, stronger and learning how to workout with no impact on my knees! #proofisintheTRAINING! Thank you Dion for bringing me back to life at Proof Training!
