Fantastic experience: Brandi & Steve Dion are not only some of the most dedicated athletes I have known personally, they are the kindest! They both bring professionalism, experience & advanced knowledge of body movement science to everything they do. They truly do change lives one workout & high five at a time. I do more, lift more & have become stronger in all areas of my life by training with B & S Fitness / CrossFit Iron Spider. I highly recommend anyone who is dedicated to living their best life check them out! Two locations now; Salem & Marblehead.

Fantastic experience: Great coaches and man, have I gotten in shape fast. I'm 70 and have never felt so good! Cross fit is not what you may think...they don't have you lifting hundreds of pounds immediately and throwing tractor tires around! Compete against yourself and easy does it, but work real hard! Makes you feel very good about yourself!!
