Fantastic experience: My 10 year old goes for the rookie performance training sessions and I have seen an improvement in his form and coordination after just a few weeks. The staff is pretty good about correcting the kids when they see mistakes in their form and they do so in a way that the kids don't feel discouraged. The work they put in is hard and my son comes out drenched in sweat every time, but for me that is what we signed up for.
