Fantastic experience: Nellie is an awesome trainer and has assembled a group of trainers who provide excellent classes, all deep into principles of Pilates but with different emphasis. Workouts are NOT boring! The instructors help you overcome your limitations and respectfully encourage the push to improve. If you are looking for super effective and fun workouts, check out Nellie's Mixx Fitness in Rancho. They have helped me tremendously!
