Fantastic experience: Lithium CrossFit is fabulous. Great coaches and an amazing community. Programming and coaching is at the highest level. Facilities are great and it's one of the biggest CrossFit's I've ever been in. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Words cannot describe the overall experience Lithium CrossFit has provided me since starting back in June 2021 as it started as a weight loss journey but has become apart of my daily routine. Coach Duane Bull has not only gave me a new outlook on life but, has helped me find a place to go everyday that lets me push out my frustrations/demons and leave them on the gym floor. The facility is always clean and equipment is in working order and the workouts while challenging the programming is top notch . My biggest overall takeaway is the feeling of family where it doesn't matter if you have been doing this for years or only few days you have a atmosphere that pushes you to succeed. I would recommend this place for anyone that wants to get healthy the right way and meet some amazing folks.

Fantastic experience: Lithium CrossFit has re-invented itself and brought multi functional training to a new level. I have been a member of 4 different CrossFit boxes since 2013. I felt I had seen it all and hit unbreakable plateaus in my Olympic Lifting. With the help of Duane Bull and other key members of Lithium, I am working on more technical form and realizing new significant gains in my snatch and clean and jerk. I owe all of it to the hard work and dedication of the team at LIthium CrossFit. Thank you for helping me reach new levels and set higher goals. The Lithium facility is well taken care of, clean, spacious, and never lacking in community friendship. The culture is always positive and every level of athlete is welcome.
